Artist Khalid Al-Musallamany presents a visual conversation about places of worship in Qatar, capturing them in both black and white and color, old and new. With his unique architectural perspective, he takes us through a selection of mosques, carefully choosing the best moments to document them and preserve them through his lens. This collection reflects the faith and peace felt by worshippers. It highlights the beauty of mosque design and architecture in Qatar, blending tradition with modern influences inspired by Islamic heritage. These mosques are built on religious practices and values that shape our connection to places of worship. This exhibition is an opportunity to engage with Khalid Al-Misallamany and the Tasweer Photo Festival team. We hope you enjoy the experience and look forward to hearing your thoughts.
